Should You Get an Eyebrow Tattoo?
By Mr Awesome
When it comes to looking pretty, one of the things that women do every day for the most part is putting on makeup. Part of the process, depending on the person is making their eyebrow shape look the way they want it. For some women, this may mean having to pluck certain parts every couple of days. For others with shorter eyebrows, this may mean having to pencil in the ends to make them look longer. That being said, for some women, this can be a pain to have to constantly do. So one solution is getting an eyebrow tattoo. Eyebrow tattooing has been around for a long time. This article will discuss a little bit about some of the pros and cons about getting your eyebrow tattooed. Before you go and get it done, there will be some things you will have to consider since this isn't some temporary thing that can just go away after a few weeks.
Pros
Some of the pros of tattoo eyebrows is that if done correctly, you don't have to do all that much to make your brows and eyes look good. Once you get the shape you want, you're pretty much set. This can save you time if you consider that it can save you several minutes a day or a week depending on how often you work on your eyebrows. It can add up. Although women put on makeup every morning, it doesn't mean that they actually enjoy it. Some do, but many of us don't. It's a hassle to have to put up with but it's either that or look like a zombie in the morning. That is why many will just put up with it.
So another benefit of getting an eyebrow tattoo is that if it's done correctly, it can look very natural and enhance your eyes greatly. You will for sure get a lot of compliments. You also don't have to worry about having any smudges or embarrassing misalignments. The procedure of eyebrow tattooing can be quite painless IF you pick the right person to do the job.
Cons
The problem with eyebrow tattoos is that if they are not done correctly, meaning they are done poorly by an unskilled person, it can be a headache and a pain instead of something that is suppose to make you look pretty without you have to spend any time on it everyday. One of those problems is that the tattoo can start to fade over time. When this happens, you will either have to make it darker with a pencil, which sort of defeats the purpose of getting your eyebrows tattooed in the first place, or you have to go back in to get a touch up.
Another con is cost. Depending on where you live, you can expect to pay anywhere from $200 to $500. That is a pretty heavy bill to handle for something like this. But for some people, it's the best decision they have made in terms of cosmetics. For others however, it's the worse decision. You never really know how your eyebrows are going to turn out. They can end up being way too dark or they can be way too light. The shape itself shouldn't be too hard to get since the artist will draw it in for you before they apply the permanent ink but let's say down the road you want a different shape, then what?
Another con about this is that the fact that it is permanent. If you change your mind later on, well, it will be too late. So it is highly advised that you think through this before getting the procedure done. Speaking of getting it done, make sure you get referred to a professional. You don't want to have to pick a name out of a hat and be stuck with someone who sucks at doing this. If you look online, there will be sites where members can go in and rate the tattoo artists. Even though you may find out with good rating and recommendations, it still depends on the situation.
By the way, in terms of cost, more money doesn't necessarily mean a better eyebrow tattoo job will be done. You definitely want to go with someone who has done this hundreds of times though. Search online for more info before you decide to do this, because once you make the choice, there's no turning back.

DO YOUR HOME WORK! I have had this done, and it was excellent, but I have friends who have and it was not so good, it’s all down to the person who does the makeup. I used a lady called Heidi Worman she only does this, and nothing else and has clients travel from all over the world.
You have to think about it, the person who does this on your face needs to be top draw, you want it right first time.
I love it, the shape is right it’s something I wanted for me, my eyebrow tattoo is a model shape, and nothing like you see anywhere, not dark, not thick just natural looking, I always get asked about my eyebrows.
Look her up and decide. http://www.heidiworman.co.uk but get it right. Only talk to people who have had great work, not people who have seen bad and don’t understand it, it’s not like a tattoo and pain free, well mine was. I love them
