Shower heads can come in all different style and have many different functions. But before we get into that, let's talk a bit about stress. Stress is one of those things that we all have just too much of. It's something that has created industries with thousands of companies trying to sell products and methods on how to get rid of it. The reason for such a high demand on anything that can reduce stress is because stress can lead to a lot of health problems both physical and mental if it gets too much out of control. One of the biggest thing that causes it is work. Having a job where demands are high can cause anyone to feel overwhelmed. Some have more functions than others while some look a lot nicer than others. Depending on how your bathroom looks, you can pick one with a metallic finish or more of a pearl finish. They have a bunch of different options in terms of color as well.
What you want to look at mainly is the power that these things can give you. After all, a massage needs to be strong, not weak for it to feel good. But of course, that depends on you. Some people enjoy a nice soft mist pouring down on them. If you're like me though, you'll want to have a water hit you like a jet. You can get a dual shower head, hand held shower head, ones with 3 settings, ones with 10 settings, the variety is endless. In terms of brands, a popular one is the Speakman shower heads which will run about $40 or so. Again, it depends on the model and style as well as functions.
The feeling of relaxation when you are in the shower with the perfect shower massage feels fantastic. It can really help ease your body as well as your mind and let you forget about all of the stuff you need to do for a few minutes while you just close your eyes as the water shoots against your back, washing your stress down the drain. Great shower heads, when you find the perfect one for you, are one of those inventions that once you use, you'll wonder how you ever did without them.
