They want results without having to do much to get it. That's just human nature. Companies know this and that is why you see all of these outrageous claims about people losing fat in such a short period of time. They figure that more people will buy because of that and whether or not they come back and buy more, the company will still make a profit.

Although many of these diets do actually work if you stick to them, just realize and accept the fact that burning the fat off of your body will take work. Once you have accepted that, you will actually start to see real results. Those who still think that they don't have to do anything to get results will never get the results. That title may have been a little misleading because there isn't really a "best" diet. The result you get from any fat burning program will depend on you. People's bodies are different so you can't expect every single person to have the same results. But in a nut shell, here is some sound advice. Whether or not it works will depend on whether or not YOU work. So here it is.

Exercise, drink plenty of water, and eat more protein than you eat fats. Basically, the idea here is to do what you can to limit your intake of fat and carbs. You don't want to eliminate them of course since you need those things to live but they should be limited. You want to increase your intake of protein simply because it will help you build muscle and muscle burns fat. The best source of protein is soy and whey. If you're going to eat meat, eat skinless chicken breast and tuna. Protein shakes are a great source as well.
